Solution Design: Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design a solutions/offer that meet their needs.
Online Presence: As part of your role and responsibilities within the company, maintaining a professional and active online presence on sales-oriented and professional networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, is mandatory. This presence is an integral component of your duties and serves to represent both yourself and the company in a manner that reflects its values and professionalism.
Technical Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the capabilities of the solutions.
Customer Engagement: Engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and recommending the best offer to them.
Proposal and Offering Development: Preparing, crafting and presenting technical proposals and commercial proposals to clients, ensuring clarity in the proposed solutions.
Implementation Support: Assisting in the initial setup and configuration of the solutions POC/Demo during the pre-sales phase and providing a smooth handover to the implementation team.
Market Analysis and Product Knowledge: Staying updated with industry trends and competitive and in-place solutions to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Customer Success: Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and offering post-sales support when required.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to hit and target new clients through different means.
Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively managing the sales pipeline, which involves overseeing the progression of leads and opportunities through the various stages of sales. This includes and is not limited to: Prospecting, Identifying, Qualifying Leads, and Opportunity management until closure.
Account Management: Involves building and retain and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and the sustained growth of the business relationship.
Stakeholders Management: Maintain the relationship and the communication with our commercial stakeholders.
Business Development and Partnership: Building and identifying potential partnerships and alliances that could expand the company’s reach or enhance its offerings. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for clients' teams on the functionality and usage of solutions. Provide internal training to the sales and support teams to ensure alignment on product knowledge
